link is a service of Unilume OÜ, a company registered in Estonia. These terms cover how you may use link to build a profile, find competitions, and form teams with other students.
link is built for secondary-school students, so many of our users are minors. You may create an account if you are 13 or older. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country (13–16 depending on the member state), you confirm that a parent or guardian is aware of and permits your use of the service.
You must give accurate information about yourself. Profiles exist so that other students can decide whether to invite you onto a team, and misrepresenting your school, skills, or results undermines that.
You sign in with a Google account or with a one-time code sent to your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure — anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
One person, one account. Do not share your account or create accounts for other people.
When you apply for an open seat, the captain of that team can see your name, profile, match score, and any note you write. When you accept an invitation or an application is accepted, you become a visible member of that team's roster.
Team captains decide who joins their team. We do not guarantee that any application or invitation will be accepted, and we are not a party to what a team agrees between its members.
Competition listings — deadlines, eligibility, entry costs, roles — are compiled by us from public sources and may be out of date or incomplete. Always confirm the details on the organiser's official site before relying on them. We are not affiliated with, and do not represent, the organisations that run these competitions.
Treat other students the way you would want to be treated. Do not harass, bully, or discriminate against anyone; do not post content that is sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate for a platform used by minors; do not impersonate anyone; do not scrape the service or use it to advertise.
We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these rules, without notice where the safety of other users requires it.
You keep ownership of everything you upload, including your CV. You grant us the limited permission needed to store it and show it to the people the product is designed to show it to — for example, the captain of a team you have applied to.
Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.
link is provided as it is, while it is in preview. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw features.
To the extent Estonian and EU law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You may stop using link and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@unilume.org. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms.
These terms are governed by Estonian law, and the courts of Estonia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of your own country.
If we change these terms materially, we will tell you in the product or by email before the change takes effect.
